Step 2: I Created a Retreat THEY Wanted

This isn’t about crafting your “dream” offer in a vacuum. I built the retreat around what my audience specifically asked for. They told me what themes they craved, what kind of experience they were seeking, and I delivered.

Step 3: I Launched a Waiting List

I took all that warm interest and funneled it into a waitlist. This wasn’t just a placeholder—it was a targeted list of engaged leads who were excited and ready to buy.

Step 4: I Built Anticipation

While finalizing logistics behind the scenes, I kept the momentum going. I let people know the offer was coming soon. I shared sneak peeks and built hype—turning interest into urgency.

Step 5: I Opened Pre-Sale With Incentives

When it was time to open the doors, I launched only to the waitlist with early-bird incentives. Within two hours, 8 spots were gone. In two days, 15 spots filled.

Step 6: I Doubled Down After Pre-Sale

I didn’t stop after the initial rush. I personally followed up with leads who’d expressed interest and re-shared the offer. That filled the final spots—and then some.
